Bayless Cobb is the founder and principal of King Diamond Inc., a diamond and precious-materials brand built on experience, precision, and long-term perceived value.

At its core, King Diamond Inc. focuses on wholesale diamonds, sourcing, valuation, and custom design for high-touch clientele. The brand reflects Cobb’s belief that true luxury is not inherent in materials themselves, but in how clarity, craftsmanship, and disciplined execution shape experience and perception over time.

King Diamond Inc. also serves as the creative and operational umbrella for Cobb’s work across hospitality, real estate, design, and finance — extending the same principles of experience architecture, systems, and repeatable execution beyond diamonds into the built environment.

Through RDG Design Group, Cobb leads real estate development and design, guiding concept-driven residential, hospitality, nightlife, and commercial projects shaped by boutique-hotel principles, where architecture, interiors, flow, and guest experience are designed as one system.

Through Cor-Prop Management, he oversees asset and operations management, including property performance, maintenance, construction coordination, and long-term stewardship for residential, hospitality, and mixed-use properties across California and Florida.

Through AD Nightclub, Cobb expresses those same principles through hospitality — shaping a cathedral-inspired venue in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter where atmosphere, pacing, and perception are treated as architectural tools.

Through Extra Butter Miami, he extends those hospitality principles into a fast-casual format — focusing on systems, brand consistency, and operational repeatability as a foundation for scalable, franchise-ready experiences.

Through Gigi’s Botanica, slated to open in early 2026 in San Diego’s Barrio Logan neighborhood, Cobb explores a more intimate, experiential expression of hospitality and retail — a layered environment where ritual, design, and atmosphere suggest that there is more happening beneath the surface than first appears.

Through STRIKE® Deep Cleaning, he applies the same systems-first mindset to industrial, aviation, marine, and residential environments — delivering execution-driven services where consistency, process, and performance matter more than aesthetics.
